Director of Football Operations

Mr. Creary is a highly decorated athlete.  He was the owner and active player of the West Philadelphia Falcon semi-pro football team from 2003-2006. During that time, Milton won a National Championship as a player on the LCFL Traveling All-Star Team.  He joined the Delaware Buccaneers organization as a player in 2006, winning three consecutive championships with the now York Capitals Owner Isaac Carn. In 2009 Milton was named Iron Man of the Year and Special Teams MVP. He went on to win two additional championships with the Buccaneers as an offensive assistant and special teams coach. Mr. Creary was part of the coaching staff of the 2013 Indoor GridIron League Champion Delaware Buccaneers.  He is looking forward to the next challenge of bringing a championship to the York Capitals.  Milton attended Art Institute of Philadelphia where he studied computer animation. 

Director of Advertising and Marketing

Harry was born in the Bronx, New York but has resided in York Pa for more than 20 years. Founder of a successful family owned business, his company is one of the York Capitals Sponsors.   Harry is known as a family man, very active in his community, and know to help out anyone in need.  Harry loves music, movies, wrestling and sports, especially baseball and football.  He is a HUGE NY Giants Fan, and has made major contributions to the York Capitals halftime entertaiment, Advertising, and Marketing departments.

Game Day Operations Manager

Al Hamilton serves as the Director of Gameday Operations, and has been involved in Professional Football for seven years. He has been with the Capitals since their inception, and was a minority owner of the Harrisburg Stampede. He is married to his beautiful wife Heather and has 7 children.  Al lives near State College Pa, and is the voice of the Capitals.  He is well known with both players and coaches for his great sense of humor.

Front Office Executive

Ms. Haywood joined the York Capitals Front Office in 2014. Rachael is from Columbia, Maryland and shares a deep passion for sports.  She the co-owner of a Baltimore Maryland Based Design Company (along with her brother and Front Office Executive Steve).  Rachael has a degree in Multimedia/Digital Arts and is Master Certified in Digital Media Arts (John's Hopkins).  Rachael's customer service and organizational skills, along with her knowledge of football makes her a key component on the Capitals staff, and her contributions to the York Capitals have been pivotal towards its growth.  Prior to joining the Front Office, she worked for 3 years as a Graphic Designer for the Delaware Buccaneers (IGL).

Front Office Executive

Stephen joined the York Capitals Front office in 2014.  He is from Columbia, Maryland but currently calls Baltimore Maryland Home.  Steve's company, HVD Studios, is a major Sponsor for the York Capitals, and provides all the marketing, advertising, branding, customer service, and handles player recruitement. Steve owned and operated a Personal Training Studio for several years prior to opening his Design Company HVD Studios in 2004.  He played college football at Bowie State University (div.2), and competes as a Professional Natural Bodybuilder.  He is well known in the industry and has won several shows and a one time Mr. Natural United States Bodybuilding Champion.  Steve has a Bachelors and Master's degree and is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc (HZ chapter).

General Manager

Donnie brings a wealth of experience as a football player, owner, and manager.  From 2000-2010 he owned and operated the nationally ranked Wicomico Stallions.  In 2009 he played with Issac Carn (owner) and won a national championship with the Delaware Buccs.  Donnie currently works as an Insurance Investment Advisor, and named General Manager in 2015.
